Your kisses of oblivion
are falling from your mouth
and dissolving me.
I
I
I
I am listening to Adele,
as we gently slide
into the dark,
dying
dying
dying of life.
For a few seconds
I pay attention to the music,
but I'm wrapped in that silent voice,
in those hands of sleepy myrtle,
inside and outside
the endless hours.
And I'm falling deliciously
from my private hell,
diving slowly
in the air,
in the air,
in the air
I am.
And it is good,
I don't even remember
you,
you,
you.
I don't even remember I love(d) you
as my friend talks about the empty mind,
the importance of detachment,
the death of the night
and of the day every day,
Samsara, wheels.
We recite mantras,
opening our hands,
praying for things
that only the body
can hear.
We are free
in an ever expanding light.
As Adele sings,
my heart lifts
and starts to dance
Blind to the past,
blind to the present,
blind to the future
it is.
I pull desire deep inside me
just like love should be
without you,
without you,
without you.
And with my eyes half closed,
I'm glad to forget you
now,
I'm glad to forget you
forever.
I am glad
I can feel
again.
